Rupp Revolution Top Gun bases reduce moving parts and offer an efficient and flexible BOLT-IN design that improves durability while reducing cost. Easily bolted into any 'outrigger ready' boat. A quarter turn of the handle disengages the handles locking pin for easy outrigger deployment. The only one of its kind, this product is constructed of aircraft grade anodized aluminum with stainless steel locking components. NO need to lift the outrigger weight for deployment. The outrigger locks itself into position upon retrieval. Rupp Revolutions are designed and manufactured 100% in the USA, utilizing proven materials and processes.
